The following terms and conditions outline how our business will undertake work on your behalf.
This Service Agreement (the "Agreement") contains the terms and conditions governing your subscription for design, development, and other web-related services provided by Web Artworks (the "Services"). As used in this Agreement, "Web Artworks" means POTAMITIS IOANNIS ANDREAS || WEB ARTWORKS and "Client" or "you" means you.
You acknowledge that you have read the Agreement and agree to its terms and conditions and all policies published on the Web Artworks website. As referred to in this Agreement, the "Website" refers to a global web site, and the "Web Artworks Website" refers to the site located at the URL webartworks.com.
The following terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Web Artworks to the Client.
It is not necessary for any Client to have signed acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. If a Client accepts an offer, then the Client will be deemed to be satisfied with the applicable terms and to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. Any purchase or use of our services implies that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
The charges for the services provided by Web Artworks are specified in the project proposal received by the Client via email. Proposals are valid for a period of 30 days. Web Artworks reserves the right to modify or refuse to provide a proposal after the 30-day period.
Unless otherwise agreed with the Client, all website design services require a deposit of at least fifty (50) percent of the total project proposal before the work is delivered to the Client for review. The remaining fifty (50) percent of the total project proposal is due upon completion of the work, prior to uploading to the server or launching the material.
Web Artworks will provide the Client with the opportunity to review the appearance and content of the website during the design phase and once the overall development of the website is complete. Upon completion of the project, such materials will be deemed accepted and approved unless the Client notifies Web Artworks otherwise within seven (7) days of the material being made available to the Client.
Invoices will be provided by Web Artworks after completion but before the publication of the website. Invoices are sent via email.
Unpaid accounts thirty (30) days after the invoice date will be considered as unpaid. If the Client retains any information or files on Web Artworks' web infrastructure, Web Artworks, at its discretion, will remove all such material from its web. Web Artworks is not responsible for any loss of data caused by the termination of service.
Web Artworks makes every effort to ensure that websites are designed to be viewable by the majority of web browsers. Websites are designed to work with the most popular current browsers (e.g., Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, etc.). The Client agrees that Web Artworks cannot guarantee proper functionality in every browser software across different operating systems.
Web Artworks is not responsible for websites that do not display properly in new versions of browsers released after the design of the website and its delivery to the Client. Therefore, Web Artworks reserves the right to submit a proposal for any work involved in changing the design of the website or the website code to function with updated browser software.
We do not guarantee any specific ranking in search engine results for your website. We perform search engine optimization according to current best practices.
Web hosting services are an annual charge that must be paid in advance for the entire year.
It is the Client's responsibility to renew annual web hosting services promptly, e.g., before the expiration date. Failure to renew on time may result in the loss of files, data, emails, backups, etc. All services without payment will be disabled or deleted from the server.
All renewals must be paid at least seven (7) business days before the expiration date. Web Artworks will not be responsible for issues related to late payment.
Hosting is on shared and non-shared servers hosted by third-party providers. Web Artworks makes every effort to ensure that our systems and servers are protected from hackers, viruses, intruders, and other online and offline problems; however, we will not be liable for any service interruption should such a situation arise.
In the event of a malware attack, Web Artworks reserves the right to delete files from the hosting service without prior notice.
Support and maintenance are part of the annual web hosting service packages.
Support and maintenance for a website include adding or deleting text and images, adding or deleting files and links, fundamental changes to navigation elements, changing or replacing colors and background images. It also includes technical support related to website maintenance, plugin updates, and backups.
Support and maintenance for a website do not include website redesign, navigation redesign, multimedia creation, content writing, or adding features. It also does not include Digital Strategy, Business Analysis, Digital Marketing, and SEO work.
Support and maintenance for professional email accounts do not include setting up the client's electronic devices. There is an initial setup and then consulting support.

Any additional work will be charged separately at €30 + VAT/hour.
All email messages should be periodically retrieved on the client's computer. Email accounts must remain within their limits.
Clients should not use email accounts for inappropriate content and other unwanted emails that may lead to spam or compromise the server. Under these circumstances, immediate action will be taken, and required files and data will be deleted without prior notice.
Web Artworks offers packages in collaboration with third-party providers. Changes in the rules and policies of the third-party provider may ultimately affect the services we provide or the terms and conditions of this agreement.
All registrations and renewals of domain names must be paid in advance.
The expiration of a domain name may lead to a service interruption and loss of the domain name.
Web Artworks will not be responsible if a domain name expires due to non-payment/late payment of fees. All payments must be made at least seven (7) business days before the expiration date.
All invoices and fees must be fully paid before we release the requested domain name.
Web Artworks has consolidated domain names into a common account and therefore cannot provide access to the control panel of these.
Web Artworks offers packages in collaboration with third-party providers. Changes in the rules and policies of the third-party provider may ultimately affect the services we provide or the terms and conditions of this agreement.
When we provide web hosting services, we will not grant access to third parties (such as SEO or marketing companies). Similarly, we will not grant access via FTP, SSH, or similar programs to the web server, database, or any other part of the infrastructure. This is done to protect the security and integrity of your website and our hosting environment.
If you require such third-party access, we will be happy to provide a quote for the provision of exclusive hosting or appropriate third-party hosting.
Termination of any service by the Client must be requested with written notice via email and will take effect upon receipt of such notice. Phone requests for termination of services will not be honored until confirmed in writing. The Client will be billed for work completed up to the date of the first cancellation notice for full payment within thirty (30) days.
If any service is not paid or renewed before the expiration date, we reserve the right to deactivate the service. Additional charges will apply for its reactivation. Web Artworks will not be responsible for any loss of data, files, domain names, emails, backups, restoration costs, etc.
If a web hosting service package has been canceled/deactivated, then all files, emails, databases, and backups will be deleted from the server without any notice to the client.
A link to the Web Artworks website will appear either with small text or a small graphic at the bottom of the Client's website. If a graphic is used, it will be designed to match the overall design of the website. The Client also agrees that the website developed for the Client may be showcased in the Web Artworks portfolio.
These Terms and Conditions supersede all previous statements, agreements, or contracts. Payment of a deposit or invoice constitutes an agreement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Online payment constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.
